  • To participate in each event, registration is required. Please visit the calendar page for access to the registration links for each respective facility.

  • For the Aus Cup series, there will not be a designated drop round. Participants should note that points accumulated from each event will contribute to their overall standing in the series.

  • The Aus Cup competition is currently limited to Open A level athletes.

  • The Aus Cup utilizes the IFSC boulder points scoring and allocates them to all competitors in the Open Category.

    The highest score by the end of the season is crowned the overall champion

  • The Aus Cup is proud to offer cash prizes to the top-performing athletes in the overall series, with prizes for all podium places.

  • The Aus Cup will be conducted in various facilities across the country, with each venue hosting a stage of the series. It is important to note that each facility will have its own rules and regulations, which must be adhered to by all competitors. The Aus Cup has a zero-tolerance policy towards cheating and any form of unsportsmanlike behavior. Any entrant found to be engaging in such behavior will be immediately disqualified from the overall competition.

What is the Aus Cup?

The Aus Cup is Australia’s pinnacle bouldering competition. 

The series combines the paramount bouldering events across Australia’s states into one thrilling competition. Six events, six states, over 1000 athletes, and at the end of it all, two Aus Cup Champions, who take away a share of the prize money!  

Bouldering fans are set to witness the biggest showdown in Australia this year as the country's best boulderers converge six times throughout the year for a high-energy series that will elevate the sport to new heights. 

The ultimate goal for Aus Cup is to provide a comprehensive platform for Australia’s best athletes to challenge one another, chase their Olympic aspirations, and push the boundaries of what's possible in the world of competitive bouldering.
